Terms of Service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These Terms explain how Instamusic memberships, gold balances, referral rewards and AI music work, and what you and we each agree to. The short version: you must be 18 or over, one person is one account, prices and fees are always shown before you confirm, rewards depend on real payments and are never guaranteed, and money is only ever released to the address you verified on your own profile.

1. Agreement and changes

These Terms are the agreement between you and Instamusic (the app at instamusic.live and its installable version). By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not register or sign in.

We can change these Terms, the membership names, the reward rates and the fees. When we do, the new version is shown on this page with a new “last updated” date, and material changes are also announced inside the app. Rates that apply to a purchase are always shown to you on screen before you confirm it, and the amount actually charged is the one shown at that moment.

This document explains the service in plain language. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not turn Instamusic into a bank, broker, exchange, insurer or investment manager.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live.

You must not use Instamusic if doing so would break a law that applies to you, including any law that prohibits holding or transferring digital gold tokens or stablecoins.

  • One account per person. The account is personal. Do not sell, lend, rent or transfer it, and do not register on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
  • Accurate details. The name, mobile number, email and payout address you give us must be yours and correct. Balances and rewards are paid only to the details verified on your own account.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account, including anything done by someone who uses your password or security PIN. Keep both private; Instamusic will never ask you for either.

3. What Instamusic is

Instamusic gives members access to:

  • the Instant Music Producer — AI music composition with lyrics, titles, a playlist and a player;
  • a membership subscription (FREE ACCESS, GOLD-150 or PLATINUM-300) that sets which levels are open to you;
  • an Available Units balance denominated in Tether Gold (XAUt), with a swap that buys or sells Units;
  • an optional Timelock Self Storage position and an optional Auto-Claim cycle;
  • a referral and rewards system across up to five community levels;
  • a Shop that is currently announced as opening soon, plus community chat, support tickets and member materials.

The gold and stablecoin figures you see are balances recorded by Instamusic on its own ledger, expressed against Tether Gold (XAUt) and Tether USDT. Tether Ltd. issues those tokens; Instamusic does not. Instamusic is not a custodian of coins in an external wallet of yours and cannot move funds anywhere except to the address verified on your own profile.

4. Rates that apply today

These are the current values shown in the app. They are listed here for reference; the app always shows the value that will be applied before you confirm an action.

5. Memberships, charges and renewals

A membership is bought from your Available Units or paid directly in USDT (BEP20) at the Add Units rate. When payment is confirmed, the plan and its music credits are applied to your account automatically — no separate step is needed.

While a membership is active it renews every 90 days and the renewal price is deducted from your Available Units. If the balance is not enough at renewal time, the renewal cannot complete, the subscription lapses, and the levels tied to it close until you top up and subscribe again. To stop renewals, keep fewer Units than the renewal price or ask Support through the app.

Charges are deducted at the moment of purchase or renewal and the benefit is credited immediately. Because of that, charges are not refunded as a rule. We may still refund where the law of your country requires it, where we made a clear error, or where Support agrees to it with you.

A subscription can also be corrected or deducted later if it was credited to you without the price being taken at the time. In that case the entry in your wallet history reads “Unpaid Membership Subscription correction”.

6. Referral rewards — what they are and what they are not

When a member pays for a membership, a renewal, a shop order or a music-credit purchase, 10% of that XAUt price is shared as a reward with members above the payer, one share per level, up to five levels. A share only exists when a real payment was made by a real member. If a slot in the chain is empty or the member in it is not eligible, that share is not created and does not move to anyone else.

The 7Star Platinum Rewards card shows USDT earned by the broker conversion of gold; it is marked Active only for a PLATINUM member with at least seven directly subscribed referrals.

Rewards are not guaranteed. Your earnings depend entirely on your own activity and on whether other people choose to buy something. Nothing in the app, in any video, or in any member’s description of their own results promises you an income, a profit, or the recovery of money you have paid. Gold prices move, and a reward earned in gold can be worth less than when it was paid.

Members may share the service with others. They must not promise earnings, describe the subscriptions as an investment, or pressure anyone into joining. Do the same for anyone you invite.

7. Balances, swap, withdrawals

  • Buying and selling. Adding Units costs the live gold reference price plus 15%; selling pays 15% below it. A 1.5% broker fee applies to swap transactions. The price shown before you confirm is the price you are charged.
  • Withdrawals. Gold is released only to the BEP20 address saved on your own profile. That address can only be changed after you confirm a one-time code sent to your verified email — nobody, including support staff, can redirect your funds without that proof.
  • Auto-Claim. If you switch it on, your full Open Vault balance is sent to that saved address every 72 hours, minus a 7% fee. You can switch it off at any time in the wallet.
  • USDT claims. USDT is claimed in whole amounts of at least 10 USDT and is paid to the address on your profile.
  • Minimums. 0.0001 XAUt to add Units or send to another member, 0.001 XAUt to sell, and six decimal places are accepted. Amounts with more decimals are shortened, never rounded up.
  • On-chain reality. Transfers run on the BNB Chain. Network fees, delays, wrong addresses you typed yourself, and the fact that a confirmed blockchain transfer cannot be reversed are outside our control, and a transfer we send to the address you verified is final.

Timelock Self Storage is optional. You choose an amount and a term, and the promised return is recorded against that position. It is not a bank deposit: it is not insured, it can be cancelled by an administrator, and a cancelled position returns only the original amount — never the promised extra return.

8. Music you create

Each composition costs 30 music credits and is charged when you start it. If a composition fails or is interrupted, the credits are returned. Deleting a song you already created does not return the credits — they are treated as used once the song exists.

To the extent Instamusic holds any rights in a track generated for you, those rights pass to you, including for commercial use. You stay responsible for what you ask for: do not submit prompts, lyrics or reference material that belong to someone else or that are unlawful, hateful or harassing.

AI output is not guaranteed to be original, accurate, or protectable as your own copyright in every country, and a generated melody can resemble something else. If you publish a track, check it the way you would check any other music you release.

Songs, lyrics and prompts are stored privately to your account and are not published to other members by us.

9. What you must not do

  • create or keep multiple accounts, or use another person’s details, to earn rewards twice;
  • run referral cycles that route rewards back to yourself or to accounts you control;
  • use stolen payment details, or use the service to move money you cannot lawfully move;
  • try to interfere with balances, rewards, verification checks, the security PIN, or another member’s account;
  • scrape, automate, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to host or transmit malware;
  • impersonate Instamusic or another member, or post spam and unrelated advertising in community chat;
  • upload illegal material, or material that invades someone’s privacy, in any upload area.

10. Closing, suspending and recovering your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask Support through the app to close your account. Before you do, claim what you are owed: gold to your verified address and USDT to the same address.

We can suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used for fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion, that puts other members or us at legal risk, or that has been taken over by someone else. Where we suspend an account we will tell you why and, unless the law prevents it or the account was used fraudulently, how you can recover any balance that is lawfully yours.

Amounts owed to us — including a subscription that was credited without being charged — can be deducted from your balance, and the entry will say so in your wallet history.

11. Availability and third parties

The app depends on services we do not own: the hosting platform, the payment provider that processes USDT BEP20 payments, Google for sign-in and fonts, YouTube for videos, and the blockchain itself. They can fail, change their terms, or block a transaction. We do our best to fix problems quickly, but we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

We do not promise uninterrupted access. Features can be added, unpublished or removed — the Shop and the storage box, for example, are published and unpublished by the owner — and your balances and history are kept when a feature is withdrawn.

12. Our brand and your content

The Instamusic name, the circular gold emblem and the app’s design belong to us. You may share your own referral link and your own material. You keep the rights to what you create, and you grant us the permission we need to store it, show it to you, and deliver it to you.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as it is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the service is error-free, that AI output is original, that gold prices shown are always current, or that you will earn anything.

Gold prices come from live market feeds and can be stale or wrong for a short time; the app flags a price it cannot refresh. You decide whether a price is acceptable before you confirm.

You are responsible for your own taxes on rewards, gold gains and stablecoin income.

14. Liability

Where the law allows it, our total responsibility to you for anything arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid through Instamusic in the twelve months before the problem, and we are not liable for lost earnings, lost profits or the value of content you lost.

This does not limit liability that cannot be limited — for example for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right your consumer law gives you that we cannot exclude.

15. If your actions cause a claim

If a third party brings a claim against Instamusic because of what you submitted, what you did with the service, or your breach of these Terms, you are responsible for the reasonable costs and losses that follow.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Instamusic is operated. If something goes wrong, please raise it through the Support page first — most problems are a misunderstanding about a transaction, and we can usually settle them there.

If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a dispute in your own country’s courts and to rely on consumer protections that cannot be waived, these Terms do not take that away.

17. Contact

Use the Support page inside the app to reach us. Tickets keep your account’s identity so we can answer about your own balances, and you can attach a screenshot.

Account and security emails are sent from noreply@notify.instamusic.live. That address does not receive replies — use the Support page instead.
